Well...I've been more productive than I thought so far this afternoon. I took an earlier train today to do some research for my sociology paper...and having no clue as to what I should write about, just blindly started searching the database for random topics in education that interest me. I did email myself several articles about autism, literacy/communication development, and cultural transmission (though I'm not sure exactly what to do with that...much more thinking needs to be done). I'm particularly interested in autism...my psych fair project in high school was about autism (very general stuff, however) so hopefully I can write a decent paper on it now and be a little more specific. So, yay! I have articles to peruse already and the paper isn't due until late November. Way to not procrastinate!
Violin/viola sectional yesterday was abysmal.
Still working on the epilogue for my story, even though I still don't know for sure what I'm going to do with it.
I started reading The Aeneid. Whoo.
Thinking of what to play for my orchestra seating audition next semester. Need two contrasting pieces. Now might be a good time to start practicing for that. I'm tired of sitting in the back.
Well. I think I shall go downstairs to the little cafe here and see what kind of food they have. 'Tis quite windy out, so I currently don't wish to leave the building until I have to, after history.
Oh yes. I shall be making an excursion to visit my ol' alma mater this weekend, yay! Oh, U of I...*sniff sniff*
Toodles! :-)
