I love movies that take place in New York City. There's a certain vibe to them, I think, but I found one that was very different, and really liked it. This weekend I watched New York, I Love You, which is a companion film to Paris, Je T'aime, which I loved. It's a collection of short love stories, each by a different film-maker, and blends them all together. I love the way they were tied together at the end of New York. None of them are really your traditional love story, which is what makes both movies so unique. Some are charming, some are thought-provoking, and others are just...different. The soundtrack was really good, too, and the cast was amazing. I found the trailer on YouTube...definitely check this one out!
