Chill out with brunch

It's time for another installment of Chicago Brunch! This morning some friends and I went over to Browntrout, and it was delicious! I think brunch there is a recent addition to their schedule, and if so, they're off to a great start. I tried the "toad-in-a-hole", which comes with a little hash brown cake and either bacon or sausage:

So yummy. : ) It's also very swanky but comfortable inside, with warm colors on the walls and chill music. And the coffee was awesome, and sometimes really good coffee is enough to make my day. What would we do without brunch?
