Best Salad Ever!

I happened to be out in Oak Park Thursday night and stopped in at the newly re-modeled Erik's Deli for dinner. My choice was the chicken finger salad, and salads don't get much better. Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, BACON, crispy chicken and ranch dressing!! So yummy! (I actually got it again today for lunch, it was that good.) Such basic ingredients, but quite delicious. I deemed it picture-worthy as well, so there you have it. : )
