Orange

Our Mother's Day brunch this year was at Orange, where I have been several times but have yet to blog about. There are currently five locations in the Chicago area (four in the actual city). They are known for frushi (a fruity version of sushi, which I know sounds weird but is supposed to be really good), and their pancake flights, where you get little stacks of tiny pancakes--four different kinds, following a theme. Today I had their huevos rancheros (picture below), and their orange roasted coffee. Apparently you can buy bags of the orange coffee, which is fabulous because it is delicious. Orange is my favorite place to get huevos rancheros, too--eggs any way you want, with salsa verde, white beans, cheese, tortilla chips, and rosemary potatoes. Yum.

I mean really, just look at that...: )
