Say Cheese!

This past Saturday I was able to try a new Chicago restaurant: Cheesie's Pub and Grub, right off the Belmont Red/Brown line stop. Their specialty? Grilled cheese!! I have been laughed at before for ordering grilled cheese in restaurants, and now what do we have? An entire restaurant devoted to that wonderous sandwich. I tried "The Frenchie" (picture below!), which consists of cheddar and mozzarella cheese, chives, bacon, and thick cut fries on Texas toast. Yum. I'm not sure it can get any better. This place just opened and I have a feeling it will be there for a long time. Check it out. : )
