it smells cold out

That's my description of autumn. I'm not even sure how to describe it, what exactly I mean by it, (pretty sad, in my book, considering I call myself a writer), but that's what it was like today. Very crisp and fall-like. And I'm glad. 'Tis my favorite season.

I need to clean/organize my desk. Well, my whole room, really. It's actually starting to drive me nuts.

Been making more random additions to my latest story...including an epilogue, which I'm not even sure I'm going to include with the rest of the book...I feel like it may detract from the very end of the story...so it would have to be its own separate thing, but I'm not sure how it would work. But I felt like writing it, so I did.

Last weekend a group of my friends and I went out for David's birthday...dinner at Bandera (complete with live jazz!!) was quite good, and then we saw a Taiwanese modern dance group perform at the Harris Theater. Extremely interesting. They didn't use music, they used weather-like sounds, and it was really pretty cool.

Just applied for a job. Whoo.

Kicked ass on my sociology presentation. Very excited about that.

Hmm. That's all I can think of for now. Working tomorrow, then going out for Dana's birthday...gah...I really really need to practice orchestra stuff somewhere in there too, along with the pieces I'm working on just for fun. Eek.

Ciao ciao.
