Just a quick scattering of thoughts before I continue with my work.
Sociology paper is finished. Yay! *happy dance*
Mini-proposal for research methods shouldn't be too bad, since several parts of our modules were questions that we'd have to answer anyway when doing the proposal. That's probably why I'm not freaking out about it as much as I would be otherwise.
Took a break today to go to the LaGrange Christmas Walk. I haven't actually gone to it in several years...during the past four I was away at college, and in high school I was in chamber orchestra, so during those years I was playing at it. Except for freshman year...we didn't perform at the walk that year, but the other three we did. (fun times playing at the Ceramic Arts Cafe...in the lower level of that mall...practically right under the door...I asked my conductor if I could hold her coffee for a few minutes to warm my fingers up because I couldn't move them. Not cool for violin playing. :-P) Anyway...so my parents and I wandered around for a bit...got some free food...but it was FUCKING FREEZING...plus I have to finish my proposal, so we left. Hopefully next year it won't be as cold, and I can stay longer. (and I should be done with school...)
And...I love my job. It's awesome.
Okay. Time to work. Toodles!
ps: I love Schumann's Quintet in E flat major for piano, violins, viola and cello. Whoop whoop.
