The best risotto OF MY LIFE

Friday night a friend and I went out to dinner, and we found ourselves at The Gage on Michigan Ave., right across from the park. It is a tad expensive, but totally worth it. I ordered the daily risotto, and that day it was made with broccoli rabe, cipollini onions, and peas. It was the best risotto I've ever had. They have good wine deals too...my friend and I shared an 8 oz pour, but you can also get a 4 oz one if you like. For dessert, we shared a lemon tart covered in perfect meringue, served with a little side of lemon sorbet topped with sugared lemon rinds. It was the definition of delicious. Of course, I again forgot my camera. Boo. I will have to go again, if only to order the same food and get pictures of it. : ) The atmosphere is also very relaxed and chill, the decor modern and sophisticated. Very cool place, and well worth a visit.
