The only way to improve upon cupcakes is...

...to put filling in the middle. Oh man. Molly's Cupcakes, on Clark, is AMAZING. A friend and I went there for a snack yesterday afternoon and tried the "Minty Mashup" and "Cookie Monster". So yummy. Simply adding icing on top isn't enough...at this place, wonderful, delectable filling lives inside the cupcakes, making an already perfect dessert even more perfect. The bakery itself is rather cute inside too, and a good place to sit for a while with your cupcakes and some coffee. Take a look:
