Grad school kicks ass. I love it. It's great going to school downtown. I've been to all my classes, except for Educational Psych, because instead of going to class on the first day, our professor had us do an online assignment from home. So that I guess officially starts on Wednesday. But so far all the classes seem really interesting. I'm even looking forward to my research methods class, which is a good thing because I think I'll probably end up doing this kind of research as a career. I'm also getting involved in a study run by my advisor, and I may even still get to play in the orchestra this semester. Finding out about that was a project and a half, but it looks like I'll be able to participate at least part-time this semester, and full-time in the spring. Whoo!
Got a new printer this weekend, as well as a wall unit for my CDs and DVDs, which are currently residing in messy piles on my floor. I should get those cleaned up relatively soon.
Hung out with Miriam, Ben, Kate, David and Aaron in the city Saturday night and into Sunday. Dinner at the Blue Agave was good, chilled at Miriam's brother's apartment for a while, went to bed, had brunch at Wells on Wells the next morning. Fun times were had. It was like a "last year's apartment reunion". lol
Then later on Sunday I helped my parents move my brother move into his dorm, which is soooo much nicer than the dorms/apartments I had in college. *pouts* Oh well, such is life.
Joshua Bell's new cd comes out...tomorrow, I beleive, and I have pre-ordered it, so I'm quite excited!!
Aaaaannnddd...my CSO tickets came in the mail on Saturday!! Whoo!! :-D
